Filing a DMCA Notice

  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its former location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address (or San Francisco, CA if outside the US)
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
